Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Title Client for our client in Sauget, IL. Must have at least one year experience in a Title Clerk position within the DMV/Vehicle/Auto/Fleet industry.

Location: Sauget, IL
Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Ongoing Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Onsite Role 3+ Months

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of Title Clerk experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficient in MS Office Tools
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Duties:
* Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
* Ensure timely, efficient coordination of transport of all qualified lease/bank vehicles.
* Ensure all condition reports are properly processed and sent.
* Ensure accurate inventory control. Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
* Obtain all pertinent floor prices from the various companies be represented.
* Ensure all checks correspond with bills of sales.
* Ensure sales results are sent as their preferred method to all companies whose vehicles were represented.
* Ensure proper title documentation is present.
* Audit all vehicle charges for accuracy prior to sale.
* Ensure disbursement of funds as their preferred method to companies whose vehicles were sold.
* Assist with month-end reports and audits.
